I think playstation is screwed. xbox literally bought the biggest companies. when you have all xbox games go multiplat on playstation its gona eat up sony profits. When an xbox game and playstation game come out at the same time itll split people. The gaming industry is dying because the consumer Market aka the Gamer Community is the most ignorant it has ever been. You've got companies that are fully taken advantage of that ignorance(Craptivision, Epic, Xbox is trying now Rocksteady/WBG ect ect ect) and companies that are dying because of that ignorance. When Offline story-driven single-player games was KING and Ownership was something people was proud of an "Multiplayer" was you and you buddies sitting together laughing fighting enjoying.. Where Gaming wasn't about Winning or Beating it or trophies.. It was about PLAYING Enjoying an having a great time.. PLAYING GAMES..

Microsoft or Sony idea of buying fromsoft can just bugger off! That would ruin the greatness of getting a full game. They would kill it with micro transactions and/or tiers of the game. Screw that! They can keep their grubby hands off them!

there aren’t any games on PS5 that garner any interest. It’s mostly remakes of games I used to play on PS3. I’ll wait until next summer to buy one just before GTA6

When I played sonys everquest frontiers for the ps2 a ton of people were threatening to leave if they didn't leave an item named, boon in the game. I messaged sony and their response was pretty much, we don't care and then the game tanked. Best dang game ever too!

Everything from: • requirements to have PS+ to play games online & blaming the developers for that •increqsing the price of PS+ • The price for the games even higher • No investment into games Sony has a lot to figure out they have been so anti-consumer and these past 9 years they've completely lost sight.

I guess i have a bit of a different take on than you do on ps5 sales - Sony having PS5 Q4 sales down over last year -- thats 100% going to happen when it was a record setting Q4, on top of the fact that this year we are in the economic inflation slump -- i dont think it really has much of anything to do with the games coming out. Last year was the first year they finally had consoles in stock ,so people could buy them. Along with new models coming out and some bundles (I got mine finally on sale with a bundle). So yeah , I think its much more complex than just "they have no good games right now".

Hehe lack of games? Come on, i have like 40 games minimum too play. And that's AAA games. I don't gett how people can play all these games that come out. I have switch, ps5, pc and even xbox but i packed my Xbox-X since i have a ton of games i haven't even played on the other devices.

The grafics diffences between gen's are getting smaller after the ps3&xbox 360. Certenly between current and last gen. And I have the feeling that especialy xbox delivers lame and grafic underwelming games. They trow just games on the game pass, that look like formal mobile games or retro. There are almost no good looking single player great games with a good story. Maybe 2 max 3 good games a year. I always had both: ps & xb, now just xb. It is a long time ago that I Used the xb. I like naritive bases games or platform game with great visuals and fysicus, which is the specialty of playstation excusives. And xbox promises to diliver, but damn, the seconde and third year were disapointing, actualy all time overall beside a hand full from release untill know. Seeing all the crap coming on game pass, but missing out remake of the last of is, God of War,... I don't game anymore, Therefore I realy hesitate to buy a ps5. At the time a had one and sold It trough, the sensation of a next genn was already passes, and the sensation was disapointing overall because off the small differences. I am thinking that the SERIES S Keeps the series X and therefore a. Mayority of games away from there full potential. Maybe I am wrong. But it won't make it any easier for game creaters to keep in mind that it has to be playable on the Series S. Or Maybe they make 2 versions, I don't Know. Now I don't Know If buying a ps makes me play more, because I am not sure If It is the lack off good games or just lost the habbit of gaming that I lost. I. Never was an intens gamer But was always looking out for the pearls. The great visuals and story games, like: uncharted, the last of us, Metal Gear, GTA, Gears, God of War,... There were and are games that I would not mis on PS, But not so. much for xb. I was interested in the latest stuff. But It is not as great anymore. It makes me sad, looking at and end of an Era, looking out and be flabbergasted by next gen consoles 😔

Anytime you are playing a GAAs or mmo its a job and nothing hardly worth wasting your time on. Cant get those yrs back and you never have any say in the game sticking around even paying 70 bucks for it.

Playstation used to be the greatest but they are losing it since Jim Ryan, and then they put Herman in charge of games, and Eric, who knows what they guy does, then Adam who doesnt have a clue with PS plus. The Nike Twins coming up with all this fruity stuff we dont want really. But they are clueless in the gaming industry and its super liberal activist now. I highly doubt we will see much for this current generation and got ripped off. And like most keep saying the PS5 doesnt have anything to get them to spend that kind of cash and no games hardly that doesnt play on PS4 which was about as good as the PS2 but seen a drop off on great games like the PS2 had. And these guys are wanting to promote the games where its online and most of your time playing it is in a que waiting for a team, so yeah you will have a 1000hrs on it just waiting. Most pvp is over in a few mins. But with BG3 or FF7 remake your on it for hours actually playing. CoD is ok getting kind of old and same old same but my time and attention is single player games. And thats what people buy and want physical games. But I never have liked microsoft getting in it. But Herman sucks bc he has been the guy for the last few yrs and why we arent seeing nothing but GaaS stuff and them backpeddling.

I'm disappointed in Sony. I got the PS5 at launch. Been devoted to Ps., but they lied about full backwards compatibility.I was really looking forward to that and it's been down hill since then. About of them🤬💩🤬
